Empire Advocacy & Mitigation is happy to provide consultation and case review in addition to any of the services below.
Mitigation Investigation
Research and gather life history, family background information, social, mental health and substance use history to advocate for each client. In addition, we will identify appropriate expert witnesses to evaluate the client when necessary.
Record Review
Collect, review, summarize and organize all records received. Records collected include education, employment, social services, primary care, hospitals, mental health, substance use and court. The review and summarization will be meticulous and expeditious.
Reports
Prepare persuasive written reports for plea negotiations, sentencing, resentencing, or early release from supervision including the client's biopsychosocial history and individualized reentry plans. We will also provide reports to support bail application.
