Founder: Lyndsay Lewis
Lyndsay Lewis is an experienced Licensed Master Social Worker in the field of forensic social work. In addition to mitigation investigation, Lyndsay excels in writing compelling reports to the court in various postures of the case including pre-plea, pre-sentence, juvenile re-sentencing, or parole advocacy for early termination; reviewing records, providing detailed summaries to the legal team, and crafting comprehensive reentry plans. Lyndsay is intentional in her work with clients. She is an effective communicator and zealous advocate in the courtroom; while seamlessly managing her high caseload at varying stages in the criminal court system. In her capacity as a private mitigation specialist, Lyndsay’s dedication, focus, and impeccable preparation ensure that each and every case receives her undivided attention in a highly effective and efficient client-centered approach.
